Scope of Services

Grover’s Landscape Services & Design provides professional landscaping services, including but not limited to:

  • Landscape design and development

  • Hardscape construction

  • Residential and commercial maintenance services

  • Landscape and holiday lighting

  • Irrigation and sprinkler services

  • Site preparation and excavation

  • Drainage solutions and bioswale systems

  • Wetland mitigation

All services are provided based on the agreed project scope, site conditions, and client approval.

Estimates and Project Approval

All estimates are based on initial site evaluations and discussions. Pricing may change if site conditions, materials, or project scope are modified.

Work will begin only after written or documented approval of the proposed scope and agreement.

Scheduling and Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, site access, material availability, or unforeseen conditions. We communicate changes promptly and work to minimize delays whenever possible.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the work site

  • Disclose known underground utilities, drainage issues, or site limitations

  • Obtain required permissions or approvals when applicable

  • Communicate concerns or changes in a timely manner

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect timelines or project outcomes.

Payments and Billing

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in paused or delayed services.

Maintenance and Long-Term Care

Landscaping is influenced by weather, soil, drainage, and ongoing care. Grover’s Landscape Services & Design is not responsible for plant loss or changes caused by environmental conditions, improper maintenance, or factors beyond our control unless stated otherwise in writing.

Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable timeframe so they may be reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Limitation of Liability

Grover’s Landscape Services & Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the scope of services outlined in the agreed project terms.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services if these terms are not upheld. All completed work and incurred costs up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

Updates to Terms

Grover’s Landscape Services & Design reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
