Welcome to groverslandscapeservicesanddesign.com (the “Site”), operated by Grover’s Landscape Services & Design (“Grover’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a family-owned, licensed Oregon landscaping company, CCB #100592, serving Portland and the surrounding metro since 1995.

By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Our Site

This Site provides information about our landscaping services, including landscape design and installation, hardscape construction, maintenance, lighting, irrigation, site preparation, and wetland mitigation. It also lets you request a free quote or contact us.

The content on this Site is for general information only. It is not professional advice for your specific property. Every property is different, which is why we start every project with a free on-site consultation.

Quotes, Estimates, and Service Contracts

Requesting a quote through the Site or by phone does not create a contract. Here is how it works:

  • We schedule a free site visit to walk your property with you.
  • We then provide a detailed written proposal covering materials, labor, and timeline.
  • No work begins, and no agreement exists, until both you and Grover’s sign a written contract.

All landscaping work is governed by that separate written contract, not by these Terms. Prices shown or discussed before a signed contract are estimates and may change based on site conditions, materials, and project scope.

Licensing and Insurance

Grover’s Landscape Services & Design is licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board under CCB #100592. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage on every project. You can verify our license at the Oregon CCB website. Proof of insurance is available to any homeowner, HOA, property manager, or commercial client before a job begins.

Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden it
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy Site content without our written permission
  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
  • Use the Site to send spam or harmful code

We may block access to anyone who violates these rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site belongs to Grover’s Landscape Services & Design or is used with permission. This includes our name, logo, text, photos of our projects, and page designs. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
