Call (503) 936-8910 or request a quote online. We ask about the property, the current condition, and what you want the maintenance program to cover. Then we schedule a site visit, usually within a few business days.
We walk the property, assess the lawn, beds, hardscape, and irrigation, and talk through your priorities. You get a written maintenance proposal covering scope, visit frequency, what is included each visit, and price. No vague verbal arrangements that drift over time.
Once the contract is signed, you get a consistent crew, a predictable visit schedule, and one point of contact for everything related to the property. We document each visit so you always know what was done and when.
What a Typical Maintenance Visit Includes

Three things drive the price on any landscape maintenance program:
- Property size and complexity. Lawn square footage, bed area, number of shrubs and trees, and how much hardscape needs blowing and edging
- Visit frequency. Weekly is the most common in the growing season, biweekly works for smaller or low-maintenance properties, commercial sites sometimes need twice-weekly visits
- Scope of work. A mow-and-blow program costs less than full bed care, pruning, fertilization, and irrigation management

Can you take over maintenance on a landscape you did not install?
Yes. About half our maintenance contracts are on landscapes installed by someone else. We walk the property, identify any issues that need to be addressed before regular service starts, and build the maintenance program around what is actually there.
Are you licensed and insured for landscape maintenance in Oregon?
Yes. We hold Oregon License #100592 and carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance on every job. Certificates of insurance are available on request for HOAs, property managers, and commercial accounts.
Do you do seasonal landscape cleanup as a one-time service?
